Mesh Guidelines

Use monofilament polyester 34T - 120T/cm depending on design requirements.

Curing Information

The entire thickness of the ink film must reach the full cure temperature of 140°C - 160°C for 1.5 to 2 minutes to achieve optimum wash and rub fastness.

Flash Curing

Dwell times of less than 5 seconds with 100°C to 120°C can be used. Adjust time & temp as per job requirement effects.

Wash Fastness

Good wash fastness to ISO Test No’s 1(40°C), 2(50°C), 3(60°C). Iron from back on cool setting. Note: Prints will not resist dry-cleaning.

Thinning

Supplied press ready. High initial gel breaks down after stirring. Up to 5% YC-591 Thinner may be added if necessary.

Wash Up

Wash up with ZDHC approved SS-400 or with SS-639 Screen wash.

Stencil

Most direct stencil materials are suitable. Recommended: EMU14 / EMU 33 / Dirasol 25 / Dirasol 915. ZDHC approved product available.

Squeegee

Use triple durometer squeegees. Flash white: 75/95/75 shore hardness green squeegee. Colours: 65/95/65 or 75/95/75 shore hardness depending on detail required.
